Dennis Schmidt

Dennis Schmidt serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for BMM Testlabs, bringing over two decades of leadership in global quality assurance, operations, and growth strategy across the gaming, technology, and defense sectors. Known for aligning strategic goals with operational execution, Schmidt has a proven record of driving delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

Before joining BMM, Schmidt held multiple senior leadership roles at Aristocrat Technologies, including Chief Quality Officer and SVP of Design and Development. There, he led global test and certification functions, implemented scalable delivery models, and drove significant improvements in product quality and on-time performance. He also held executive roles at Northrop Grumman, Risk Management Solutions (a DMGT company), and TASC, where he led multimillion-dollar operations and transformed customer experience and testing services through innovation and global collaboration.

Schmidt earned a master’s in information resource management and a B.S. in Business. He is certified in AI strategy from MIT. A U.S. Army veteran, he previously served in global intelligence operations supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the U.S. President’s communications with Russia.
