John Helderman

John Helderman is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of BMM Innovation Group. With over 25 years of leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit sectors, he brings deep expertise in finance, accounting, capital planning, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining BMM, Helderman was CFO of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where he led finance, IT, and procurement functions for the $1B luxury resort. He also held CFO roles at Bluberi Gaming and The Brennan Entities. Earlier, he served as President & CEO of Goodwill of Southern Nevada.

Helderman also spent eight years at Caesars Entertainment in senior finance roles and began his career at the “Big 4” accounting firms Deloitte and KPMG. He holds a J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law and dual B.A. degrees in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina and serves on the board of directors for Goodwill of Southern Nevada
